At this moment our design studio is unable to process or provide quotes for embroidery. This feature is in the works and will be available soon.

In the mean time contact our support team to discuss embroidery options and to receive a quote.

Your Mainly Design Embroidery price is primarily determined by five things:

  • A $50.00 digitizing fee.
  • Stitch count / artwork size
  • Total number of colors needed
  • The product you select
  • Quantity in your order

Other factors such as personalization or special requests also affect the cost.

Savings tip: The easiest way to reduce the cost per item is to increase the quantity of your order. Consider ordering a few extras to maximize your savings.

*If you order 48 or more pieces, we waive the digitizing fee! Once we have a digital embroidery file created for your logo, all you pay for is the garment price and the embroidery charge.

FREE with every order – no matter how large or small:

  • Design review by a professional artist
  • Expert design consultation
  • Guaranteed delivery date
  • Free Shipping within the United States.
  • Amazing customer service
  • Money-back guarantee

Digitizing is the process of converting artwork into a digital code that can be read by today’s advanced embroidery machines. This digital code provides the instructions to the embroidery machine’s operating system which, in turn, tells the embroidery machine’s frame how to sew the design. A skillful digitizing artist uses very specialized embroidery digitizing software to interpret your particular artwork design into a digital embroidery pattern.

Digitizing is both a technical and a creative process. It’s much more than most people might imagine – a lot of people think their design will just be ‘scanned’. While the digitizer may begin with a scan or a graphic file, he has to tell the embroidery machine where to put each stitch, and what order to sew your design – including where to stop, trim the threads, and switch to a different color.

At Mainly Design our embroidery artists have extensive training to insure that every embroidery order is done to perfection.
